Paul Coulter


An early mentor advised, "Spend six months, a year, or however long, and learn to sell.  Everything in business is a sale.  You are selling yourself, you are selling an idea, a good, a service, whatever."

This resulted in an extensive sales career, spanning multiple industries and geographies, bringing people together throughout all industries for one of the most powerful marketing levers and growth drivers: events!

After leading a sales team, Paul ventured off to support market research and preopening sales strategy for a $1.5B Resort, executed a GTM Strategy for a $200M waste company, supported an event tech start-up looking to validate and grow their platform, and has since helped multiple entities with their growth. 

His passion is bringing clarity and perspective and making connections to leap over growth hurdles.
